LITIGATION

Some cases require litigation, whether it be for motions or final hearings. Every attorney at Masterman & Graham, P.C. is capable of appearing in court and advocating effectively for our clients. Litigation is not a weapon of first resort, however, it is to be used if and when the other side cannot be persuaded to resolve matters fairly.

Masterman & Graham, P.C. offers expertise in representing parties at the appellate court level as well. Prevailing at the trial court level is always the better option, but whether the opposition chooses to pursue an appeal, or the client believes an issue should be reviewed by a higher court, the firm has the expertise and ability to produce the necessary briefs, and appear for oral arguments in both the Virginia Court of Appeals and Virginia Supreme Court.
